A magical pumpkin patch is coming to New York City this Halloween season! Excited to announce that Little Kid Big City has joined with The Cauldron NYC Flatiron to unveil a grand opening event, the The Cauldron’s Wizard Pumpkin Patch Experience a month-long extravaganza that promises to infuse Manhattan with Halloween magic.
For the entire month of October, The Cauldron NYC Flatiron undergoes a remarkable transformation into a mesmerizing 2-floor Wizard Pumpkin Patch & Pumpkin Carving Workshop. Families and aspiring wizards alike are invited to embark on a 45-minute pumpkin carving adventure. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a robe, a magic wand, and a witch’s hat before descending into the mystical depths of The Cauldron. Here, a subterranean urban pumpkin patch beckons, where guests select their pre-scooped pumpkin of choice. Returning to the ground floor, guests will find a spacious, well-equipped table stocked with all the necessary materials for crafting their very own Jack-O-Lantern: pumpkin carving tools, face stencils, markers, and a tea light. Children aged 5 and younger receive a small-sized pumpkin and an extra arts & crafts Halloween activity. As they set to work, guests can savor a warm mug of HallowCream Cider, a spiced apple cider topped with homemade caramel whipped cream, all while enjoying the spooky tunes of Halloween.
After carving, guests can take their pumpkin creations home in a carrier bag or contribute to the venue’s festive pumpkin display, all while holding onto their cherished Witch’s hat as a souvenir.
An Interactive Wonderland, The Cauldron NYC Flatiron is a truly magical venue that blends science, technology, and design to bring magic to life. It is adorned with magic wand-activated touchpoints that enable guests to interact with enchanting decorations. Guests can illuminate wall lanterns, conjure smoking cauldrons, and awaken Halloween displays, all with a wave of their magic wands. To enhance the festive experience, guests can even pour a magic wand-activated beverage, delightfully dispensed from the mouth of a Unicorn or Dragon.
