Little Kid Big City Terms and Conditions – Conrad Hotels Giveaway

OFFICAL RULES:
- No purchase necessary.
- This competition is open to residents of the contiguous 48 states, aged 21 years or over.
- This competition will run from 11/16/2021 to 11/22/2021, and all entries must be received by 8:00 pm EST on 11/22/2021. The winner will be chosen randomly and announced in stories on 11/23. Winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
- Entrants must have a valid email address to enter. Entrants must be following either @littlekidbigcity_ or @littlekidbigcity_newyork and @conradnydowntown on Instagram to win.
- Winner receives a gift certificate for a 2-night stay at the Conrad New York Downtown. The gift certificate is valid for one year (12 months from the day the prize is won). Stay is for 2 (two) people in a King Deluxe Suite, subject to hotel availability. Management reserves all rights.
- The prizes are described as above. The prizes are non-transferable, not refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes may not be sold, traded, transferred, or refunded. Any and all federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
- If for any reason, winners are unable to use prizes within the time specified, the participating organizations are not responsible for providing replacement prizes.
- The promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified via email or Instagram DM on 11/23/2021. The winner must claim their prize within 48 hours of the promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.

You acknowledge that all information and material that you submit to enter this promotion are submitted to the promoter and not Instagram, and you agree that Instagram shall not be liable to you in any way in respect of this promotion.
