LOBBY
You know this is going to be a special experience upon walking into the lobby. At the lobby’s center, you’ll find a contemporary sculpture by the celebrated Hyperalism artist Carole Feuerman. Named Leda and the Swan, it features a woman in a swimsuit lounging on an inflatable pool swan; evoking a feeling of feminism and strength. Be sure to look closely, the artist is renowned as one of the best hyperrealism sculptors in the world.
The hotel’s collection features 37 artists and includes an original Henri Matisse lithograph, photographs by Amy Judd, and two original Andy Warhol silkscreens.
FITNESS CENTER
The Conrad New York Midtown has one of the largest hotel gyms in Manhattan, and one of the most impressive hotel gyms I have ever seen. The sprawling space includes several different alcoves and areas, including a wide range of strength and cardio equipment, Kinesis™ walls by Technogym, and a boxing section. Bottled water and headphones are provided. The gym is available exclusively for hotel guests.
RESTAURANT
The onsite restaurant Dabble serves breakfast and dinner to hotel guests. In-room dining is also available all day.
ROOM AMENITIES
We love the Conrad New York Midtown for families because of the room layouts. All rooms are suites and offer a separate living room and bedroom area. This allows parents a separate area for work and relaxation while the children are sleeping.
The well-appointed rooms have everything you could need. Each room offers gorgeous Manhattan city views, a Nespresso machine, bath products by Shanghai Tang, a bathrobe and slippers, a fully stocked mini-bar, and a drawer full of snacks and treats. It’s luxurious, and inviting.
