A sea of Red White and Blue pride filled New York’s 5th avenue for the annual National Puerto Rican Day Parade! Hundreds of thousands of spectators lined the streets to watch, floats, flags, dancers, and incredible music acts in a cultural celebration unlike any other.
The largest cultural event in the nation, and an amazing day of pride and beautiful celebration.
We were honored to walk the parade with Freshkids. and help to share healthy snacks with a positive message for kids and families. The company is dedicated to inspiring kids to live healthy lifestyles, and offer fresh ideas on healthy eating.

An annual tradition for New York’s large Puerto Rican community, nearly 3 million spectators come from near and far to attend the event.
The sights and sounds of the parade were breathtaking!
The crowds were cheering and overflowing with pride and celebration. To be part of this energy was absolutely incredible. Fifth avenue was magical.
A constant sea of flags were flying with glee, and could be seen as far as the eye could see. Music was pulsating and could barely be heard over the constant roar of cheers from the electric crowd.
Lil Kid loved handing out snacks to the crowd, and saying hi to the children along the parade route!
