Our yearly tradition – Pumpkin picking at Stakey’s Pumpkin Farm!
For as long as we have had our fur friend, we have traveled to Stakey’s Pumpkin Farm in Long Island for our annual pumpkin haul. Their tag line: Friendly Pumpkins Since 1976, and friendly they are. The staff is friendly, the grounds are friendly and easy to navigate – and they are pet friendly! We love bringing our dog, Hotdog, when possible, and appreciate that they allow her be part of our tradition – as she is definitely an important member of our family!

Stakey’s has over 26 acres of over 18 varieties of pumpkins – right off the vine! The incredible selection and ease of navigating the grounds makes pumpkin picking fun and stress free.
