We recently visited Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture, a truly beautiful and inspiring farm in Pocantico Hills, New York.
Spring means so many things, warmer temperatures, blooming flowers, longer days, but on a farm – it means sheep shearing! Part of a yearly traditions – sheep shearing is an important marker for the start of spring for many farmers.
