• Little Kid Big City is the sponsor/administrator of the giveaway.
• This competition is open to residents of the contiguous 48 states, aged 21 years or over.
• This competition will run from 05/06/2024 to 05/10/2024, and all entries must be received by 11:59 pm EST on 05/10/2024. The winner will be chosen randomly and announced in Instagram stories on 05/11/2024. Winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message by @littlekidbigcity_newyork. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
• Entrants must have a valid email address to enter. Entrants must be following @littlekidbigcity_newyork and @QCspa on Instagram to win.
• Winner receives a daily admission for two to the QC NY Spa experience. Blackout dates and availability are at the discretion of QC NY Spa. This prize is NOT redeemable for cash or credit. VALUE of $372. The admission voucher has no expiration date and is subject to the terms and conditions of QC NY Spa (qcny.com).
• The prizes are described as above. The prizes are non-transferable, not refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes may not be sold, traded, transferred, or refunded. Any and all federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. All costs, fees, and expenses associated with a prize and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• If for any reason, winners are unable to use the prize, the participating organizations are not responsible for providing replacement prizes.
• All potential winners are subject to verification by sponsor or administrator. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
• The promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified via Instagram DM on 05/11/2024. The winner must claim their prize within 48 hours of the promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
